- Dispute Handling If a dispute arises between buyer and seller, you should first contact the seller directly. If unresolved, contact Samriddhee support within 7 days of the issue.
- Samriddhee’s Role We may mediate disputes to help reach an amicable resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes.
- Jurisdiction These policies are governed by Indian law. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
